Refund policy
At Scents of Humour Co. every product we send out meets the highest standard if we wouldn’t gift it ourselves we won’t send it to you.
If your order isn’t quite right we’re here to help.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before they are packed.
- If your order has already been packed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
- All cancellations will incur a 6% cancellation/ restocking fee.
- This covers non-refundable costs we absorb at the time of your purchase (such as payment processing, admin, and restocking fees).
To cancel an order please contact us immediately after placing it. By placing an order with us you agree to this cancellation policy.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Please contact us with a clear photo of the item.
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before placing your order. Each product is hand poured in small batches and due to the nature of our items we cannot resell returned products.
